    Product Description

    TECHOEL FD694 is a lubricant containing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) solid lubricating particles. It provides lubrication while also offering cleaning effects.

    After the solvent evaporates, the dry surface layer consists of PTFE lubricating particles, which have an extremely low coefficient of friction, do not attract dust, and exhibit excellent lubricating and cushioning properties. With a wide operating temperature range, it can be used for equipment that is difficult to lubricate under extreme temperature conditions, extending lubrication intervals and providing perfect protective functions.

    The dry film lubricant can penetrate and bond to the surfaces of metals, paper, wood, rubber, plastics, glass, or most other components requiring lubrication, forming a non-staining lubricating film to prevent direct contact between friction surfaces and thereby reduce friction.

    TECHOEL FS8907 Nano Waterproof Agent

    Description

    The TECHOEL FS8907 series of electronic water-repellent coatings is a fluorinated compound solution with water and oil repellency, using a fluorinated solvent as the medium. When applied to metal and plastic surfaces, it forms a very thin film on the coated surface after drying. Due to the low surface tension of this film, it can prevent the penetration, outflow, and adhesion of lubricating oil, silicone oil, liquid resin, water, etc.

    This protective film is usually only a thin layer (about 0.5-2.5μm), which can enhance the moisture, stain, dust, and chemical resistance of electronic products. It prevents issues such as continued corrosion of solder joints and conductors in contact with air, provides shielding, eliminates certain electromagnetic interferences, and offers insulation.

    Performance Principles

    • The wettability of a liquid on a solid is determined by their respective surface tensions when the liquid contacts the solid.
    • The surface tension of a solid is represented by its critical surface tension (γC). When the relationship with the liquid surface tension is γ≦γC, the liquid will wet (spread on) the solid surface.
    • If a dry film with lower surface tension (γ) than the liquid is formed on the solid surface, the liquid will flow or remain stationary on the interface without wetting.
