    TECHOEL F1132 Multi-functional hydraulic oil for food industry

    Instruction

    This product is formulated from highly refined pharmaceutical oil and special additives, which has no harm to human body. All raw materials used in the manufacturing process are listed by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and approved by NSF h-1 (formerly known as USDA h-1).

    Properties and descriptions

    • This product can be in accidental contact with foods and raw materials in processing and has no harm to human body. NSF H-1 grade
    • High viscosity index, high temperature resistance.Its viscosity temperature curve shows almost in a horizontal line.
    • Low pour point, applicable under 0°C and make equipment easier for starting (even if the equipment is shut down for several days).
    • Good shear stability as formulated from high purity refined base oil.
    • Excellent anti-foam and anti-emulsification properties.
    • Wide viscosity range can help meet all kinds of hydraulic circulation system design requirements in practice.

    Applications

    TECHOEL AL-IN/S special lubricating oil for knitting machines

    TECHOEL BCF 11 brake system assembly coating fluid

    Descriptions

    TECHOEL BCF 11 are high quality synthetic products formulated from high molecular weight polyalkene glycols, anti-oxidant and anti-rust additives, for the prevention of corrosion to brake components.

    Brake system components will corrode and deteriorate if stored in humid conditions; to prevent this ccurrence, TECHOEL BCF 11 provide a protective film of excellent durability.

    In addition to excellent humid corrosion protection, brake coating fluids need to comply with some viscosity and rubber swelling requirements, when used as:

    • An assembly fluid - the parts are dipped into the fluid prior ot being assembled to make the various system units, i.e. master cylinder, wheel cylinder etc…
    • A testing fluid - the various brake components (master cylinder, wheel cylinders etc…) are tested hydraulically with a testing fluid and then drained before shipping or storage.

    The grade designed for high performance in these application areas is TECHOEL BCF 11.

    TECHOEL WRL-30 lubricating oil for steel wire rope

    Product Description

    TECHOEL WRL-30 is a maintenance lubricant designed for the re-lubrication and protection of steel wire ropes. It is brown in color, features exceptionally strong adsorption properties, has extremely low viscosity for ease of application, and provides excellent corrosion protection.

    Product Features

    TECHOEL WRL-30 contains solvents to ensure superior penetration. After the solvents evaporate, it forms a highly adhesive oil film on the surface of the steel wire rope.

    Scope of Application

    It can be used for the maintenance of various types of steel wire ropes, including industrial steel wire ropes, open-pit mining steel wire ropes, and electric shovel steel wire ropes.

    Product Application

    TECHOEL WRL-30 is a liquid that can be applied at room temperature. It can be used to maintain surface-cleaned steel wire ropes through methods such as spraying, brushing, or rolling. After application, an oil film forms as the solvents evaporate. The duration of evaporation depends on local climatic conditions, typically ranging from 2 to 8 hours. The recommended application temperature is 20°C.

    TECHOEL TechCool 297 microemulsion cutting fluid

    Description

    TECHOEL TechCool 297 microemulsion cutting fluid is a biostable water-soluble cutting fluid with excellent lubricating and extreme-pressure properties. It does not contain chlorine or phenolic biocides. It delivers outstanding machining performance in both hard and soft water.

    • Recommended concentration: 4%-8% for grinding; 5%-15% for turning, milling, drilling, etc.
