TECHOEL MOLYFILM SPRAY is a dry film containing molybdenum disulfide. This product is designed for surface treatment with lasting effect. Dry film coated too thick will cause a long drying time, lubricating film easy to fall off and reduce adhesion. Thin dry films smaller than 20 µm can be formed under normal conditions. Stable and lasting protective film through friction contact will be formed via this product which is an aerosol, in a similar application way to spray paint.

Typical applications

• Forging, stamping cold drawing: Pre-treatment of forged pieces, stamping die and wire rope during cold working.
• Foundry Works: Assembly of moving parts such as molds (slideway spindle).
• Machinery: Screw gear lubrication.
• Lubrication of mechanical parts at high temperature and strain.
• Effectively protect the contact surface and prevent friction and corrosion.
• Pretreatment of equipment surface under high strain condition (rope, bearing, guide shaft).
• Long-term dry lubrication surface treatment.
• Textile industry: Thread lubrication.
