    Product Description

    TECHOEL PAH947 Special Bearing Oil is formulated with high-quality synthetic olefin base oil, suitable for lubricating and protecting iron-based, copper-based, and iron-copper-based oil-impregnated sleeve bearings, as well as related powder metallurgy structural components.

    It is a specialized lubricant developed specifically for the lubrication characteristics of powder metallurgy oil-impregnated bearings. Through the micro-reservoir of lubricant in the oil-impregnated bearings, it reduces friction caused by direct metal-to-metal contact, converting boundary lubrication into fluid lubrication. This effectively lowers the friction coefficient, enhances the wear resistance and anti-seizing performance of the bearings, and extends their service life.

    TECHOEL PAH947 Precision Bearing Lubricant features a high viscosity index, is wax-free and ash-free, maintaining viscosity and oil film thickness at high temperatures without forming sludge or deposits. It exhibits minimal high-temperature evaporation loss and outstanding high-temperature oxidation stability, preventing sludge from clogging oil-impregnated micropores, resulting in quieter operation and longer service life.
